More of "The Book", Jon Dough and Robert Bullock

This page is really nothing special. Torn from a glossy hardcore mag, it probably represents an attempt to justify the 20 dollars I spent on the magazine more than any actual hotness I found in it. It does represent the first appearance of Robert Bullock, who is to me was sort of a poor man's Steve Drake. He pops up again later. I needed to scavenge what I could from all the porn I bought. I do love the "attempt" at staging where a sateen blue backdrop was hung, probably to hide a collection of ceramic horses or something. I fell guilty about how un-hot this post is so here's some gratuitous man on man action:

The Book, page 9-10, Jon Dough

With the exception of my old buddy Randy West, The next two pages are devoted to Jon Dough, who is a prime example of the "everyman" type in straight porn. Most straight guys get freaked out if the dude in the picture is too hot. Either they are jealous or unexpectedly intrigued and tingly. In any case, most straight male porn stars are decidedly normal looking (and/or horse hung). I liked Jon because he was hairy and reminded me of a cute plumber/pizza guy/construction worker...which is I guess why he was so popular. Jon Dough even had a "best of" compilation which I have never seen before or since for a straight porny. Unfortunately Jon Dough hung himself a few years back. Randy Spears writes him a nice epitaph on his old myspace page. For the morbid, there is a website that lists dead pornstars and how they've died. Surprisingly high number of suicides and homicides. Unsurprisingly high number of OD's and AIDS deaths.
